Dave is outted. The boys steal a souvenir which hits the newspapers. Kay misses John. Chris meets Maria. Jane chases Bruce all over town. Mrs. Tucker is just glad to see everyone again. Mr. D and Dave have an argument and Dave goes home to New York. Al pretends to play a solo but when he removes his mouthpiece and wipes his face everyone knows he is not. Mr. D snickers. Wendy resumes her friendship with Larry. David really likes the band. Mr. D looks good on a motor scooter. Back home the band cuts a record.
